Brian is awesome we'll take care of you with no problem and explain what is going on with your vehicle I recommend that if you go to fenkell automotive that you request to see Brian. Please call in advance and let him know what is going on with your vehicle and he will tell you exactly what you need and how long of a wait you will have

Coleen, I sincerely apologize if any staff member was rude to you during the greeting. Anytime they are told someone else is paying the repair bill they must verify that before any work is performed. That being said, they should still always be corrigible.
