Finally had a chance to talk to the owner today. Although I'm still not happy with the misquote and the grinding after having my rotors replaced. The general manager was still quicked to rectify my issues. He was polite courteous and recognized the continued business we have brought over the past few years. I appreciate the call and the resolution. I will be trying fenkell again for automotive repairs.
