I have used Fenkell Automotive exclusively for the past 5 years. Why? Because they're a team of automotive professionals who's attention to detail is evident in every facet of their service and repair efforts. Fenkell has consistently serviced and/or repaired all of our respective vehicles..from our Chevy Malibu....Jeep Grand Cherokee and even our mini Class C Recreational Vehicle....all in outstanding fashion. Would not risk taking my vehicles to any other service/repair facility.

This place is great!! Very knowledgeable techs. Certified. Only suggest things that actually need to be repaired. And they do it right the first time. The only place i would take my car, truck, or trailer. Yes they also repair semi trucks and trailers. Thanks Fenkell Automotive !!

New Continental tire installation and wheel balance performed. Good service overall. Service advisor and mechanic were courteous and helpful. However, the wheel balance weights used were the rim weights that did not balance the wheels/tires correctly (vibration occurred at 70 MPH). I had to go to the Nissan dealer to rebalance the wheels/tires using stick-on weights. Recommend that Fenkell use stick-on weights for wheel/tire balancing.

I drove 30 miles to this dealership and asked for a total price before coming to pick the car up. I was told my total was $211 ! Upon arrival I was first told it was gonna be $483!! Then I said no, I was told $211!!! The other items were covered under warranty. She took the items off and said ok it’s now $283 and once again I told her that Kevin told us $211 was our total we asked before driving out here. Update: The manager Brian called the next day and offered the refund of the difference. He apologized for the mistake and wanted to make things right. I appreciate the service and concern.

The staff at Fenkell is amazing! I have a Honda CRV so places usually try to up charge me since they aren't familiar with Hondas. Not only did Fenkell get me an amazing price but they got me right in and my starter sounds better than it did when I first bought the car! Thank you so much <3

This place was recommended to me by an RV shop that couldn’t change the oil in my motorhome. I ended up going there for a check on my Jeep and my motorhome oil changes. They are very friendly and honest. I will be returning for all my vehicle needs.
