we have two cars in the Fenkell program and have had no problems with them for at least 10 years. WE used to have 3 vehicles in the program then our daughter got married but less that a year later she wanted to get her car back into the program which we did. To this point, we have never had an issue with Fenkell. I have had issues with Chrysler (2018 Compass) when the front sway bar worked loose and Chrysler would not cover the repairs. so, for my next car I will look at other companies even though I worked for Chrysler for 46 years. As far as Fenkell is concerned, we will always be a Fenkell user til my dying days.

Over priced and expensive place. Hyundai car dealership was cheaper for repairs. I was charged 100 bucks for literally just inspection. You are better off going to car dealership if that is an option.
