I am senior citizen women I was treated very well. Explained the problem with my car so I could understand it. Gave me the slip so I had proof that Battery was bad as I had return it to Goodyear . Gave update of a problem that is going to need to have replaced soon . Joe was very helpful.

I’m am relatively new to Fenkell Automotive having used the same mechanic in Royal Oak area for over 35 years. Recently decided to try to find a more local shop to me for convenience and found FAS by my office. They have been top notch for repairs to my vehicle as well as for two of my kids’ cars. Very happy with their service and with their work.
