I drove 30 miles to this dealership and asked for a total price before coming to pick the car up. I was told my total was $211 ! Upon arrival I was first told it was gonna be $483!! Then I said no, I was told $211!!! The other items were covered under warranty. She took the items off and said ok it’s now $283 and once again I told her that Kevin told us $211 was our total we asked before driving out here. Update: The manager Brian called the next day and offered the refund of the difference. He apologized for the mistake and wanted to make things right. I appreciate the service and concern.
Diangelo, We apologize for your inconvenience. My service writer made a mistake on your totals. We adjusted your total amount due as low as possible. We were under the impression that your aftermarket warranty was going to cover some of the repairs. But after completion of the work they declined any coverage. Thank you for the conversation this morning, We will be more than happy to refund the $66.72 discrepancy.
