They were very efficient and fast I was in and out of there without an appointment.

Very professional staff. Explained all needed repairs and completed them quickly and thoroughly.

Fenkell Auto is pretty unique, they offer a car care plan at a fixed price where you can come in and get your oil and filter changed and get your tires rotated for the life of the vehicle. When I bought my vehicle, used, in 2019, the dealer sold it with one of these service plans. Since then, I've been to Fenkell for this service and have no issue getting my vehicle serviced and out in a timely manner. I do call ahead, of course, so not to come if they're too busy. I would recommend Fenkell, for sure. For me their shop in Auburn Hills is local and I am a satisfied customer.
