I’ve been a customer of Fenkell Automotive for around three years. I’ve used them to mount tires I purchased from The Tire Rack. They did such a good job that used them to repair my other car. My first car needed new rear tires. I again purchased them from Tire Rack partly because of the price and that Fenkell will mount them. Their tire machine damaged one of the wheels and I alerted Fenkell about the problem. There was no argument and they told me they’d repair the wheel. There was no hassle. It’s easy to rate a business when they do a good job. The true test is the way they handle a problem. They were professional and polite. Unfortunately, this is a rarity in today’s world. Kudos to Fenkell Automotive.

2021 Fleetwood Bounder 35K Class A gas motorhome. Was experiencing a rough ride and vibration near the front driver wheel. Needed an oil change and possible generator oil change. Service Advisor, Kevin, was very helpful and professional. I was able to talk to the tech that would work on the unit. “Pops” was very friendly and listen to and looked at my issues very seriously. Issue up front was a “missing” suspension leaf spring bumper. Pops took it upon himself to throughly check the chassis and found a missing bracket in the back used to hold the sway bar in place. The generator oil was last changed 11,000 miles ago but without much actual use since. Even though I authorized the replacement of the oil in the generator, Pops said it was not necessary. Was kept informed, via text messages, of progress and costs all along the way and the vehicle was ready when promised. Very pleased!

My go-to place to get my vehicles serviced and returned as quickly as possible. Close enough to work to be able walk back after drop off. Workmanship is exemplary and as I have mentioned previously, very expedient.
